One of my many roles is "editor."

• I serve as acquisition editor for the Wesleyan Publishing House as well as editor Vista, WPH's Sunday school "take-home" paper. Click here for writers' guidelines and downloadable sample copies. Because Vista tracks with the curriculum, we only accept articles that fit our theme list. (Click here for theme list.) Sorry, WPH is no longer taking poetry.

• I also edit for ACW Press, an economical and ethical self-publishing company. (There are a lot of unethical companies out there, so be careful! Here are some warnings.)

• Finally, I do a bit of editing for individuals (book doctoring, content editing, co-authoring, etc.).

I served for six years as a full-time editor with Wesleyan Publishing House and am currently freelance editing for such publishers as ACW Press, Group Publishing, and Wesleyan Publishing House. My writing and editing have earned four Evangelical Press Association awards, a Campus Life "Book of the Year," an Amy Award (for writing in the secular press), a Christian Retailers Choice Award, plus 24 books and over two thousand articles in print.

I charge $5 per page (250 words) for editing and $15 per page for re-writing or ghosting. Just $2 per page for a review.
