Coaching is a relational and intentional process that empowers leaders to discover where God is working in their life and ministry, discern opportunities and develop action steps to see God’s agenda become reality.
Coaching is often equated with mentoring, counseling, discipling, training and consulting. Great coaching skills connects to all those other skills yet has some distinct qualities. For example, one of the simplest ways to describe the difference between mentoring and coaching is "Mentors pour in, coaches pull out." In our coach training, we help leaders understand the unique skills of coaching and how those skills makes all other ministries more effective.
