Together Again

Marilyn Becker Peters

What do a long hike in the Himalayas, a beggar in Costa Rica, a camp in Kosovo, blue and green honey, maverik dogs, a five-year-old running away from home in Korea, and falling out of bed have to do with each other? Not much, unless you’re reading a book like Tiger Domain.

These anecdotes and poignant testimonies are about people who have encountered the Kingdom of God, or as it is symbolized here, the tiger domain. We pray, “Thy Kingdom come,” yet many don’t yet know how to be part of it while here on earth. To that end, this book is written, to shed light on entry and living experience through continually turning to the one “whose dominion is from everlasting to everlasting, and His Kingdom from generation to generation” (Daniel 4:34).

Marilyn is the granddaughter of missionaries on both sides and the daughter of foreign service parents, she has lived in India, East Pakistan, now Bangladesh and habitat of the Bengal tiger, Chile, and Costa Rica. She has traveled around the world twice.
